VOLT Qualifies for its Second World Championship

On Sunday, March 10, 2019, VOLT qualified for its second VEX World Championship event in the past three years. In a tough field of 35 competitors most of whom won local VEX tournaments this season, team managed a record of 6-1 and fifth place in the qualifying rounds and won the VEX Amaze award.

This 2019 California VEX VRC High School State Championship at San Diego was a great experience for our team. We want to thank the organizer Joe Amaro and his team of volunteers for working so hard to put on this high caliber event at Montgomery High School.

Also, congratulations to Beckman High School team 2496Y and Viewpoint High School team 1437Z for winning the tournament.
